Role Description The Wellness Clinic Front Desk Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. This position oversees daily front desk operations, including greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment. The manager coordinates appointment scheduling and reservations, maintains accurate client records, and supports clinic staff with administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include handling phone and email inquiries, resolving client concerns, and promoting high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The role requires consistent collaboration with clinic leadership to improve front desk procedures, support wellness programs, and maintain efficient workflow.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as greeting clients, managing check-in/out, and handling multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with diverse clients and team members.
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and appointment scheduling systems, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
• Previous experience in a wellness clinic, medical office, spa, or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Comfort with basic office technology, including practice management or scheduling software, email, and standard productivity tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with relevant privacy and clinic policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration, hospitality, or related fields are a plus.
