Position: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Guaranteed 36 Hours Per Week Shift Options: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pay Rate: $44.00–$46.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling services.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
• Monitor client progress and participate in treatment planning.

Requirements:

• Active LSW license.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance abuse treatment, or social services preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
