Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience and be comfortable working with computers, entering information accurately, and completing daily office tasks. This position requires someone who is organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a professional environment. Hours- 10:00-2:00PM Responsibilities Accurately enter and update information into computer systems Review information for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized and accurate records Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers as needed Greet visitors and provide assistance when needed Handle emails and basic correspondence Scan, copy, print, and organize documents File and maintain paperwork and records Assist with general office tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality of company information Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time Qualifications Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Good typing and organizational skills Ability to work independently Reliable and punctual Professional communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Willingness to learn and take direction Why Join J & J?
