Chemical Operator

Our client, a leading chemical manufacturing organization, is seeking a Chemical Operator to join their team. As a Chemical Operator, you will be part of the production support team supporting manufacturing, packaging, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have a safety-first mindset, strong teamwork skills, and a dependable attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chemical Operator

Location: Clearfield, UT

Pay Range: $20-$22

Shift: Days | M–F | 7:30am–4:00pm | 40–45 hrs | Saturdays rare

What's the Job?

• Support production, packaging, and shipping/receiving operations within a climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Transfer raw materials from storage to tanks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and participate in dock work activities
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and inventory in SAP

What's Needed?

• Experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment (2+ years preferred, entry-level considered with strong aptitude)
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to EH&S, quality, and customer service
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and SAP experience preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus but can be provided training
