Shift Type: Per Diem - Flexible shifts as needed, approximately 10.5 hours per shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients on a per diem basis
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with regulations
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
Adapt treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State required
Current BLS certification required
Previous pediatric or per diem experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy assessments and interventions
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
Ability to manage a flexible schedule and adapt to changing patient needs
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
