Facilities Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, knows their way around a toolbox and a mop bucket, and wants to be part of something bigger than a to-do list. "This isn't a warehouse or an office building. You're walking the same halls as the patients we care for. What you do shows." What you'll do Keep clinical and administrative spaces clean, disinfected, and patient-ready Handle routine repairs — plumbing, carpentry, painting, fixtures, filters Spot and report hazards before they become problems Travel between our sites as needed (valid driver's license and reliable transportation required) Show up when it counts — including snow removal and facility emergencies What we're looking for Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or building maintenance (preferred, not required) Comfort with cleaning chemicals, basic tools, and equipment operationReliability — this team depends on you, and so do our patients High school diploma or GED preferred; we'll consider equivalent hands‑on experience Basic maintenance certifications or trade experience preferred Familiarity with OSHA and workplace safety requirements What we offer Competitive wage Health, dental, vision insurance Paid sick leave and vacation time Life insurance, short and long‑term disability insurance 403(b) program with 3% match after 1 year Flexible scheduling Why IHCWV?
