Overview

We are seeking a Systems Safety Engineer with strong experience in system safety, systems engineering, and crossdisciplinary technical analysis. This role supports safety assessments, requirements development, and engineering coordination across complex systems in a highrigor environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in:
  • Systems Safety Engineering
  • Systems Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Software or Firmware Engineering
  • Equivalent engineering discipline supporting system safety
• Strong analytical and engineering problemsolving capabilities

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with DoD System Safety Programs (e.g., MILSTD882)
• Experience working with electrical systems and/or combatsystem architectures
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience generating or managing system requirements
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Systems Engineering or Systems Safety Engineering experience

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
