• Supporting client engagement by contributing to tax compliance projects
• Preparing and drafting tax documents, including tax returns and regulatory

submissions

• Analyzing financial statements to provide insights for corporate tax planning
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax

optimization

• Conducting tax research to stay updated on tax laws and regulations
• Assisting in the preparation of tax audits and financial reviews
• Collaborating with team members to deliver quality tax services
• Utilizing accounting practices to maintain accurate financial records
• Engaging in project management tasks to meet deadlines and project goals
• Providing regulatory compliance consulting to ensure adherence to tax laws
• Developing skills in tax accounting and tax preparation
• Participating in the analysis of financial data to support tax credit

applications - Building relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions

• Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax strategies
• Contributing to the Industry Tax Practice by sharing knowledge and insights

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and

demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam.

• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job

seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements. What Sets You Apart

Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $142,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
