Director Of Plant Operations
We seek a Director of Plant Operations with an associate's degree in facilities management, engineering, or healthcare administration. The candidate should have 5 years of leadership experience, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and patient care systems, and familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission, NFPA). Experience in managing construction/renovation projects in healthcare settings is essential. Certification in Healthcare Facilities Management (CHFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) is preferred. Attention to detail is crucial.
Basic requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, engineering, healthcare administration).
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations and codes (e.g., Joint Commission, NFPA, local and state building codes).
- 5 years of leadership experience in a related role.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and patient care.
- Experience in overseeing or managing construction or renovation projects within a healthcare facilities/maintenance environment.
- Certification in Healthcare Facilities Management (CHFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP).
- Solid attention to detail.
