Student Life Administrative Assistant

Northwestern College has a full‑time opening for an administrative assistant in the student life office. The assistant’s primary duties are to serve as the face of the student life office and make students and visitors feel welcome, maintain records and coordinate systems, and support the student life team through administrative assistance, hospitality and event planning. The ideal candidate must have a warm and energetic personality, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
