• Number of Beds : 266
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :
• Type of equipment : Various Ventilators and Bipaps
• Scheduling requirements: minimum of three 12 hour shifts per week with rotating weekends
• Floating policy: Will rotate throughout all inpatient units
• Patient Experience requirements: use of AIDET

Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Critical Care & Emergency Care Must have : ICU , ER, Critical adult care weekend rotations level 2 Nicu peds is within the scope BLS ACLS PALS Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Aerosol treatments, Bipap management, ventilator management, Certifications Required:

ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP,

Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. · The CRMC RT family consists of 30 well-rounded colleagues with varying levels of experience. Respiratory therapist here at CRMC rotate through all floors and our two 10 bed ICUs. Working at the top of their licenses, all of the RTs on staff are competent to perform a multitude of tasks such as intubation, arterial line insertion and bedside bronchoscopy assist. Within the interdisciplinary team, the RT team participates in daily nursing unit department rounding and works closely with multiple disciplines to enhance the care provided to our patients. The RT department utilizes new Puritan Bennet 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, Phillips V60 +, Seimens EPOC bedside ABG analyzers and much more to deliver quality to care.
