Charge Nurse, Procedural (Vascular OBL) - 8hr, Days

Job Description The Charge Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to the pre-op through discharge from the Center. Sets and manages staffing schedule, oversees the day‑to‑day operational flow of patient care. Serves as a resource for clinical questions and patient‑care related issues as they arise. Works closely with the Administrator/Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Medical Director and all staff. Provides leadership through example and sets the pace for an efficient, quality‑care focused, team‑oriented endoscopy center. Maintains a survey‑ready state. Qualifications Education Associate Degree / College Diploma - minimum Bachelor’s Degree Nursing from an accredited school of nursing - preferred Experience 5 years nursing patient care experience - preferred 1 year RN leadership experience - minimum 1 year experience in a hospital, ASC, Cath Lab, IR or ICU setting - required Licenses and Certifications Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS/ALS) – upon hire minimum. If ACLS is through ARC, BLS is not required. Basic Life Support (BLS) – upon hire minimum. If candidate has AHA, BLS is required. RN State License – upon hire minimum.
