Customer Service Rep Domino's Pizza in Streator, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while enjoying our delicious pizzas. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and an easy smile Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required Food handling experience is a plus
