What You Will Do: Build Strong Customer Relationships : Develop and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with customers across your assigned territory to support their operational success. Drive Product Support Sales : Promote and sell maintenance services, repair parts, extended warranties, and other solutions that maximize customer uptime and business performance. Deliver Customer Solutions : Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations backed by a solid understanding of products and services. Stay Informed : Represent the company on‑site, including occasionally testing or operating equipment as needed to support customer needs. Collaborate & Grow : Work closely with internal teams, participate in meetings and training, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge. Technical & Product Aptitude : Willingness and ability to learn product knowledge and basic technical information to support customer solutions.
