Location: Monroe, LA Pay Rate: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Paperwork? Phones? People? You Make It Look Easy. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with data entry and general office software Knowledge of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Job Duties: Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, and clients in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room usage Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support duties Assist with office supply inventory and ordering as needed Support Accounts Payable processes and expense reporting functions after training Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
