Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience to support Cyber Data Operations within ISDAD. This role is responsible for analyzing upstream data sources, ensuring data quality, defining technical/data requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders and data development teams to support data ingestion into the Cyber Data Warehouse (CyberDW).

The ideal candidate has strong experience in data analysis, BI reporting, and working within large-scale or cybersecurity data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze upstream data sources to support ingestion into CyberDW
• Perform data scrubbing and cleansing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Define and document technical/data requirements for development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and data engineering teams
• Support data loading, transformation, and validation processes within CyberDW
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using BI tools
• Analyze cyber/security metrics and identify trends and insights
• Support ad hoc data requests and ongoing reporting needs
• Ensure strong data governance, documentation, and process consistency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related roles
• Strong expertise in data analysis, data quality, and data validation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
• Experience with BI tools and reporting frameworks
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Technical Skills

• SQL and relational databases
• Python for data analysis and automation
• BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
• Experience in data source analysis and large datasets
• Exposure to Cyber Data Warehouse (CyberDW) or enterprise data warehouses
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy principles

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this role is ($60.45 to $70.16). Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
