Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient pediatric team in Monterey, California. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children and is passionate about helping pediatric patients with developmental, orthopedic, neurological, and physical disabilities achieve their highest level of function.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat pediatric patients from newborns to 12 years old.Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.Design fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's needs.Provide personalized, family-centered care and interventions.Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.Improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and overall functional mobility.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.Monitor patient progress, assess treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.QualificationsGraduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy.Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License required.Minimum of 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience preferred.Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to ongoing professional development.ScheduleFlexible schedule with no weekend requirements.Monday-Thursday: Various scheduling options between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.Friday optional (off or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM).Compensation & BenefitsFlexible schedulingSupportive learning environment401(k) with employer matchingContinuing education supportMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Referral programTravel reimbursement
