Controller

The client is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead and own the accounting function for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed industrial automation platform. This role supports finance operations by managing key close and consolidation activities across a portfolio of recently acquired businesses, and will work in a low-infrastructure environment while building scalable processes. Core responsibilities include leading the monthly close, optimizing NetSuite, performing multi-entity consolidations, and supporting acquisition integration efforts. The Controller will also develop and standardize accounting workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across entities as the platform expands. The role will report to the Vice President of Finance and involves building and developing a small, growing accounting team. The Controller is expected to be a build-oriented leader who can take ownership of deliverables, strengthen accounting capabilities, and ensure reliable execution of consolidation and integration priorities across the portfolio.
