About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Associate Vice President for Advancement to join its mission of expanding health equity. The successful candidate will be a key architect of fundraising strategy and infrastructure, leading a growing team to support the institution's service-oriented goals. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the company, which is dedicated to educating and training healthcare professionals to serve the underserved. The Senior Associate Vice President will have direct oversight of all fundraising programs, including principal, major, and planned giving, annual giving, alumni relations, and corporate and foundation relations. They will also be responsible for prospect research and the operations that support these activities. Applicants for the Senior Associate Vice President position should be experienced in all aspects of fundraising and have a proven track record in this area. The role requires a leader who can inspire and manage a team, as well as work closely with the Senior Vice President of Institutional Advancement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising plans that align with the company's mission and values. A background in higher education or a related field is preferred, and a deep commitment to the principles of health equity and service is essential. The Senior Associate Vice President will be instrumental in the company's growth and will play a significant role in the advancement of its vital work in the community.
