• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health statuses, strengths, and needs, ensuring that every patient’s unique experience is recognized.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide individualized treatment to patients.

• Work collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and other healthcare professionals to formulate and coordinate effective treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Assist patients and their families in understanding their mental health diagnoses and treatment options, fostering a supportive environment through education and advocacy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to enhance communication and coping strategies.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that align with client goals and preferences while engaging with the treatment team to ensure all aspects of care are addressed.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
