Lease Account Coordinator

Manchester, IA | On-Site

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Are you someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping details organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

A growing transportation and mobile space solutions company in Eastern Iowa is looking for a Lease Account Coordinator to support customers throughout the quoting and leasing process. This is a customer service-focused position where you'll work directly with customers, prepare quotes and lease documentation, maintain accurate account information, and help ensure a smooth experience from the initial request through the life of the lease.

We're looking for someone who is responsive, organized, comfortable juggling multiple requests, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding quotes, leases, account questions, and service needs
• Prepare and process customer quotes, lease agreements, and related documentation
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, lease, pricing, and account information
• Communicate with customers regarding lease details, changes, renewals, and other account needs
• Partner with sales and internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled accurately and on time
• Follow up on outstanding information, documentation, and customer requests
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Help resolve customer concerns and identify the right internal resources when additional support is needed
• Maintain organized customer and lease records
• Assist with general account administration and reporting
• Help identify ways to make the customer experience and internal processes more efficient

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, leasing, sales support, or administrative support preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and confident phone and email presence
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with quotes, pricing, contracts, and customer information
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Dependable follow-through and a willingness to take ownership of customer requests
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to learn new software and internal systems quickly
• Experience in rental, leasing, transportation, construction, equipment, or a service-based business is helpful but not required

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, or
• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

This is a full-time, on-site position in Manchester, Iowa .
