Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Math Teacher (Grades 7-12) to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering engaging and effective mathematics instruction while fostering a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging math lessons for grades 7-12 Create lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback Offer individualized support to help students succeed academically Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues and administration to enhance student learning Integrate biblical principles and worldview into instruction Qualifications Strong content knowledge in Mathematics and Mathematics Education Experience with lesson planning and differentiated instruction Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students Passion for Christian education and faith integration Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field Prior experience teaching secondary students is a plus Alignment with the mission and values of Christian Academy of Madison Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $27,000 - $45,000 (based on education and experience) 5 personal days per year 403(b) retirement plan Supplemental insurance options through AFLAC 50% tuition discount for dependent children Why Join Us?
