$50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a diverse range of events that align with our brand's mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event logistics and execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Create detailed event timelines and checklists to keep all stakeholders informed and on track.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote events and maximize attendance and engagement.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all attendees.
• Gather and analyze feedback post-event to continuously improve our offerings and impact future events positively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners for seamless event logistics.
• Proven track record of managing event budgets, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality.
• Strong organizational skills to create detailed timelines and checklists, keeping stakeholders informed.
