Pay: $45-55/hr

Role Overview
The Client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee third-party evaluation studies for clean energy programs . This role is primarily focused on managing external consultants and ensuring high-quality project delivery, rather than performing detailed analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage multiple evaluation projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Lead regular check-in meetings with consultant teams
Review, provide feedback, and approve deliverables
Review and approve consultant invoices
Coordinate with internal teams for feedback and alignment

Evaluation Oversight
Oversee studies evaluating program performance, market impact, and effectiveness
Ensure accuracy of reported energy and non-energy outcomes
Support development of evaluation frameworks (e.g., logic models)
Conduct limited analytical review as needed
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact between consultants and internal teams
Facilitate discussions and resolve differing viewpoints
Communicate findings clearly, including both positive and critical insights

Required Skills
Strong project management skills (multi-project tracking, timelines, budgets)
Ability to build consensus among stakeholders
Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation)
Proactive and self-driven approach
Strong collaboration skills

Tools & Software
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Project management tools (e.g., Asana)
Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Python, SAS) is a plus
Tools like Visio and survey platforms are helpful

Experience
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with external vendors or consultants preferred
Background in energy or evaluation work is a plus, but not required
