Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to lead and drive the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across our product portfolio. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be vital in shaping the user experience strategy, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital products.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and concept development to final implementation.Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and identify user needs.Develop and iterate on user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.Conduct usability and A/B testing to validate design solutions and make data-driven improvements.Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to design best practices.Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to continuously improving design processes and methodologies.Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Establish and maintain a scalable design system, including defining the token architecture (color, typography, spacing, elevation, and motion tokens) and building a library of reusable components, patterns, and templates for web and mobile applications.Craft high-quality visual designs that reflect a strong command of typography, color theory, layout, iconography, and motion — demonstrating a clear point of view on what "good" looks like in modern digital product design.Partner with engineering to ensure design tokens are correctly implemented and that the design system is adopted consistently across all product surfaces, maintaining design-to-code fidelity.Qualifications:4-6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.Experience leading UX projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design.Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.Proven experience building or significantly contributing to a design system, with hands-on work defining token structures (primitive and semantic tokens) and authoring component documentation.Strong visual design sensibility with a portfolio that demonstrates mastery of composition, typographic hierarchy, color systems, and a modern aesthetic — not just UX flows and wireframes.Familiarity with design token tooling and workflows (e.g. Tokens Studio, Style Dictionary, or equivalent) and experience collaborating with engineers on token implementation in a codebase is a plus.Core Competencies:Design Leadership: Ability to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and drive the UX process from concept to execution.Advanced User Research: Expertise in conducting and synthesizing complex user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience.Prototyping & Usability Testing: Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes and conducting usability tests to validate design solutions.Strategic Thinking: The ability to align design work with business goals ensures user experience contributes to overall product success.Communication & Presentation: Strong skills in presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and advocating for user-centered design.Design Systems Expertise: Deep understanding of design system architecture — from establishing token hierarchies (primitive, semantic, and component-level) to building and governing a shared library of components, patterns, and templates that scale across products and platforms.Visual Design Craft: A refined eye for visual quality, with the ability to set a high bar for UI aesthetics — including typography, color, spacing, and interaction design — grounded in an awareness of modern design trends and what distinguishes polished, production-ready interfaces.Annual Salary Range: $124,000-$145,000, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with matchLocation: Onsite schedule located in Chicago, IL (West Loop)
