LPU Global Financial Aid Counselor & Student Account Rep

The LPU Global Financial Aid Counselor & Student Account Rep provides administrative support in areas related to financial aid and student accounts to the LPU Global online programs. This position works under the Director of LPU Global Office and supports the financial aspects of the operation. The role will collaborate with Financial Aid and Student Accounts departments to serve LPU Global students in these areas well.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reports to the Director of LPU Global Office.
• Supports the financial aid and student account aspects for these programs/students.
• Assists in communication and engagement with students in related aspects.
• Serves as liaison between LPU Global + Hispanic programs and other departments.
• Oversight of financial aid and student accounts for these programs.
• This role will also work to provide the financial data needed for site coordination.
• Provides ongoing leadership to the daily operations of the office.
• Completes other projects assigned by the Director

Minimum requirements:

• A vibrant Christian faith and worldview consistent with the LPU's Statement of faith.
• Minimum B.A. degree and experience, MA preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, pastors, faculty, staff, & leaders (solid interpersonal, public address, written/verbal communication skills are a must)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and administrative skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects/deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Proficient working computer knowledge: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Typing 50+
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (working with formulas and graphs)
• Experience delivering training or instructional support to others.
• Some Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
• Excellent English skills and writing ability.
