Position Overview As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC’s Mortgage organization, you will be based in the East Bay Area, CA, covering Walnut Creek, Concord, San Ramon, and Berkeley. Job Description Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients’ requirements. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and responsible for sales calls. Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance and manage customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Expectations Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. University or college degree (or equivalent combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience, including military service) with less than 1 year of professional experience. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,440.00 — $41,392.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
