Site Laborer – Commercial Site Development

Location: South Shore & Southern Massachusetts

Aerotek is hiring experienced Site Laborers to support large commercial site development projects across the South Shore and Southern Massachusetts. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers steady work, competitive compensation, and the chance to work on major construction projects while building a long-term career in the construction industry.

• Perform general site work including excavation support, grading assistance, material handling, and site preparation

• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment

• Assist with trenching, backfilling, site cleanup, and other site development activities

• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

• Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures at all times

• Assist equipment operators and skilled trades personnel as needed

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, foremen, and crew members to support project goals

• Travel to various job sites throughout the South Shore and Southern Massachusetts area

• Adapt to changing job site conditions while maintaining quality and productivity

• 2-3+ years of construction labor or site work experience preferred

• Experience supporting commercial site development projects

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment

• Physical ability to perform lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to travel between project sites

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial construction environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
