Clinical Pharmacist Consultant (Hybrid) – PBM – Montvale, NJ HealthCare Support is seeking a strategic, client-focused Clinical Pharmacist Consultant to join a growing PBM organization. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clients, helping develop pharmacy benefit and clinical strategies that improve outcomes, manage drug spend, and deliver measurable value. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Compensation $120,000–$191,000 base salary Up to 10% annual bonus opportunity Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Multiple medical plan options, including HSA-eligible plans Benefits effective the 1st of the month following hire 401(k) company match: 50% of the first 4% contributed 100% immediate vesting Paid Time Off Tuition reimbursement Short-term and long-term disability Basic Life & AD&D insurance at 2x salary FSA and HSA options Daily Responsibilities Serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on pharmacy benefit design, formularies, clinical programs, population health, and cost trends. Partner cross-functionally with clinical, analytics, underwriting, prior authorization, formulary, and client teams to support account performance, new client implementations, and ongoing clinical strategy.
