- Previous corporate recruiting or full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace positions
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver results
