Material Handler - Level 4

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies according to company standards and safety regulations. Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or production use, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper documentation. Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to support supply chain activities and resolve material-related issues. YOU MUST HAVE Experience in material handling within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and material storage best practices. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for inventory tracking. WE VALUE High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives. Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
