Position Summary Arundel Lodge isseeking a motivatedand detail-orientedHuman Resources Generalistto support thedaily operations ofour Human ResourcesDepartment. This roleis responsible forfull-cycle recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, benefits administration, employee records management, and employee engagementinitiatives. The idealcandidate is organized, collaborative, and passionateabout delivering exceptionalcustomer service whilesupportinga mission-drivenorganization. Essential Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Partner with managersto identify staffingneeds and developrecruitment strategies. Create and postjob requisitions usingLever Applicant TrackingSystem. Source,screen, and coordinateinterviews for qualifiedcandidates. Extend employment offersand facilitate thehiring process. Coordinate temporary staffingneeds with staffingagencies. Attend job fairsand recruitment eventsas needed. Maintain applicant trackingand recruitment records. Work with third party agencies (on need only base for CC positions) Onboarding Coordinate and facilitatebiweekly onboarding fornew employees. Schedule and conductNew Hire Orientation. Complete pre-employmentbackground and referencechecks. Ensure a positiveand engagingonboarding experience. Essential Responsibilities (con't) Human Resources Administration Maintain accurate employeerecords and personnelfiles. Process new hires, employment changes, andterminations. Update employee informationwithin the HRIS. Conduct quarterly personnelfile audits. Ensure compliance withorganizational policiesand employment regulations. Create fillable forms ( Adobe Pro) Benefits Administration Administer employee benefitenrollments, changes, andterminations. Assist with annualOpen Enrollment. Respond to employeebenefit inquiries andprovide support asneeded. Employee Engagement & Retention Partner with leadershipto promote employeeengagement and retentioninitiatives. Foster positive employeerelations and collaborativeworking relationships. Support additional HRprojects and departmentinitiatives as assigned. Visit residential homes if needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of employmentlaws and HRbest practices. Strong organizational andtime management skillswith the abilityto prioritize multipleresponsibilities. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communicationskills. High level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality. Strong problem-solving and customerservice skills. Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice and HumanResource Information Systems(HRIS). Ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin a teamenvironment.
