California Compliance Coordinator

Supporting risk management and environmental health & safety compliance, the full-time California Compliance Coordinator will manage video evidence, respond to legal inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance auditing. Key responsibilities Review and retain video footage to support legal matters and asset protection Coordinate responses to law enforcement inquiries and manage documentation for property damage and liability claims Assist with environmental health and safety compliance, including incident reporting and audits Required qualifications Experience in EHS compliance, risk management, or asset protection Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience handling sensitive and confidential information Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
