Qualifications Passion for customer service: experience in retail or customer service is a plus; enthusiasm for helping others is key. Sales savvy: thrive in a dynamic environment, using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented: comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions. Fashion forward: keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look. Self‑motivated and adaptable: stay driven and resilient, adjusting to fast‑paced environments and seeking opportunities to learn and grow. Benefits & Compensation Pay Range: $15.92 - $20.68 per hour. Additional compensation may include a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
