KWQC has an immediate opening for a News/Digital Content Producer who is excited to work on award-winning newscasts. Our producers are hungry to get in breaking news as quickly as they can, making sure our viewers are updated on what is going on in the Quad Cities & beyond. Picking content & working with the anchors on showcasing this content is important for this job. Writing conversationally for TV & the web is also a must. Duties / Responsibilities Work with another producer & the Quad Cities today team to get new, fresh content for our 5 & 6 a.m. newscasts. Produce the 11 a.m. newscast. Assist with content selection for our noon & 4 p.m. newscasts. Write & post stories on KWQC.com & post other content related to your story on social media & CTV/streaming products. Be curious & aware of news of the day, current events, & trends. Apply the feedback given to you by the management team. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
