Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Englewood, CO- 80112 Duration: 11/02/2026 - 01/29/2027 PR: $30.00 - $33/hr Job Description: What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across assigned locations, ensuring rapid turnaround and a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, and requisition data in the ATS to ensure clean, reportable pipelines Produce and distribute recurring recruiting reports (e.g., daily pipeline standard reports) and support ad hoc hiring data requests Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency Support key recruiting projects and onboarding of recruiters, aligning coordinator workflows with broader team and HR initiatives Leverage AI applications and modern recruiting platforms to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring): Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage high interview and requisition volume without error Problem-solving abilities to navigate scheduling conflicts and process challenges of varying complexity AI literacy and application expertise to enhance coordination and drive daily efficiency Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum Experience: Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or high-volume hiring operations Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with: Professional ATS and recruiting/scheduling platforms Data interpretation tools to maintain and report hiring efficiency About Dexian Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
