Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking House Parents to provide direct care services at Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch in Texas. As a House Parent, you will create a home-like environment for boys and girls in need of support, guidance, and positive reinforcement. The role requires living in your assigned cottage and caring for up to eight children, teaching routines, and participating in activities. Applicants should have strong communication skills and experience in child care is preferred.
