Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines using critical thinking and professional judgment
• Apply independent and supervisory discretion in clinical decision-making within a Medical/Surgical setting
• Utilize Epic electronic health records system as part of daily clinical workflow

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
