Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Overtime opportunities available!

Join the Ice Cube LLC team! We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support our warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

Process customer orders accurately
Schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries
Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Support daily office and warehouse operations

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory/WMS systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
