Inside Sales Manager

Excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented sales manager who loves to lead account managers, drive account growth, and delight customers. You must have prior success coaching and developing salespeople. You know what it takes to nurture your team’s development and keep team members focused on finding new ways to serve our customers. You love coaching and working hands-on with your team. You also know how to partner with the operations team as well as external suppliers to deliver consistent results. You excel in coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable to our high expectations. You lead by example and know how to win in a competitive market, without compromising on margin.

In this role you will be part of the sales leadership team. This means you need to be able to think strategically, work collaboratively, and provide feedback on how we can grow our business. You will need a proven track record of sales performance, team management and employee development, and improving systems and processes. And you need to be a strong fit with our culture.

Please note: Candidates for this role should be based in the Toledo, OH area. Base compensation will be 100k and OTE in year 1 will be 110k-115k.
