Are you a results-driven team member with experience in the home care industry? FirstLight Home Care is seeking a dynamic Launch Coach to guide new, transferring, and expanding franchise owners through the crucial launch phase of their business.

Operating out of our Cincinnati headquarters, you will serve as the primary operational resource and advisor to help franchisees achieve sustainable growth, meet regulatory milestones, and deliver exceptional care.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Launch Management: Guide franchisees through pre-opening procedures, state licensure, and accreditation processes using established launch checklists.
• Strategic Business Coaching: Hold weekly virtual consultations focused on business planning, 3-year projections, financial metrics, marketing, recruitment, and client retention strategies.
• Facilitate Training: Lead training sessions in Cincinnati and manage pre- and post-training curricula across internal platforms.
• Operational Leadership: Serve as the frontline point of contact for accounting, technology, client care, and general operational queries during the launch phase for new franchisees.
• Seamless Transitions: Partner with operations teams to track key success indicators and hand off fully operational franchisees to ongoing support teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Experience: Experience in home care business operations, care coordination, human resources, business development, franchise support, ownership or management. Multi-unit or multi-state home care experience is a plus.
• Education: Associate degree or higher in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and direct industry experience.
• Coaching skills: Ability to build and foster successful relationships with stakeholders including the ability to identify roadblocks and coach franchisees around them.
• Tech-Savvy: Working knowledge of home care platforms (CMS, CRM, ATS, LMS) alongside proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel occasionally as needed for franchise support and business conferences.
