Dietary Cook Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and resident preferences Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to facility policies and regulations Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving for special events and functions Collaborate with other culinary staff to ensure efficient meal service and maintain a positive attitude Receive and stock inventory, following established procedures for food storage and rotation Assist with maintaining accurate records of food inventory and supplies Participate in quality control measures to ensure food safety and quality Work closely with the Dietary Manager to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Dietary Cook Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in dietary cooking; training or certification in food service management preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment Collaborative team environment with a focus on resident satisfaction This position requires a background check, more info can be found at #J-18808-Ljbffr
