Producing high‑quality food. Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience. Cash handling. Following the Learning Management System Training Program. Developing others for career growth. Enforcing policies and procedures. Participating in local and national marketing initiatives. Building sales. Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment. Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant. Effective communication. Having a sense of urgency. Additional Expectations Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless medically exempt. Work 38–40 hours per week. Have reliable transportation to and from work. Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM regarding any issues. Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean uniform daily. Key Responsibilities Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards. Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant than others. Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere. Multitask and work with a sense of urgency. Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience. Understand accountability and integrity. Serve as Key Holder. Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store. Bake bread and perform all prep operations. Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people. Be proficient in slicing. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent. Preferred 1 year QSR experience. Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer. Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
