QC Associate | 8am-4:30pm| Climate-Controlled Facility

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a clean, organized environment? The Candidate Source is hiring a QC Associate for an immediate temp-to-hire opening at a modern, climate-controlled facility in Ashland, VA. This is a stable, Monday-Friday day shift role with a clear path to permanent employment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 40 hours/week

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Verify product numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and specifications by sorting through cases of product
Inspect items visually using product sheets to confirm accuracy and quality standards
Separate and break down cases as needed for individual product verification
Build and wrap pallets to prepare verified product for storage or shipment
Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong visual acuity and exceptional attention to detail - ability to read small print is essential
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full duration of the shift
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without close supervision
Warehouse or QC experience is a plus - we provide full training
