Position Title Tier 2 Technical Support Position Type Full-Time, Remote (some onsite work in Bethesda) Position Location Bethesda, Maryland Area Tracking Code 01182 Daily Responsibilities Responsible forensuringthe project team completes the project. Overseesand manages other Project Management Office members. Provides the overall management of the projectdirection asrelated to functionality,scheduleand budget. Insures adherence to project management and software development life cycle and best practices. Manages the team’s performance on project tasks. Provides overall project and budget planning,monitoringand control. Provides periodic status reports for Senior Leadership. Coordinates project issues and dependencies. Reviews and approves architecture and product direction. Secures acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsor. Responsible for status reporting, risk management, and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team. Liaises with all current and future stakeholders. Developsstaffing plans. Managesrecruitmentsandroll offs. Representsinternal stakeholders and users to the Change Control Board.
