Pay Rate: $20.28 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized individuals in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; escalate concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
