We are our customer’s EVERYDAY coffee shop. The places they can count on EVERYDAY to deliver great quality In-House roasted coffees, local artisan pastries and clean foods in a Fast and Friendly way. 

At Cuppa Cuppa Coffee… it’s about great service, rhythm, and showing up with heart. We’re looking for an experienced barista who sees service as more than a job. Someone who thrives in the rush, values accountability, and knows the energy you bring can shift the whole room.

What You’ll Do

• Provide both customers and staff with exceptional care and service.
• Create great coffee with care, skill, and consistency.
• Keep the bar running smoothly by anticipating what’s next.—whether it’s dialing in, running drinks, or keeping the space flowing and clean.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, energy, and fun—because the shops are better when everyone brings their best.
