Senior Associate - Full-Stack AI Engineer

Leverage cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to increase productivity, streamline processes, and create seamless experiences for investment business groups.What You’ll Do:· Design, develop, and build scalable, high-performance applications that meet business requirements while emphasizing reliability, maintainability, security, and excellent user experience.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, architecture, engineering, and business partners to translate requirements into enterprise-quality software solutions.· Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) and develop prototypes to evaluate new technologies, validate potential solutions, and address emerging business and technical challenges.· Lead with curiosity and innovation by designing and developing reusable components, frameworks, and modern capabilities that can be leveraged across applications and teams.· Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, cloud technologies, and software engineering practices, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and business outcomes.· Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while collaborating effectively across global and distributed teams, including offshore partners.· Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong ownership, prioritization, and problem-solvingskills while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Bring:· 8–12 years of hands-on software development experience· Solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)· Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies· A flexible mindset—ready to work across different platforms and projects· Strategic thinker who understands business needs and regulatory pressures.· Up to date on architecture trends and systems best practices· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and across teams.· Good working knowledge with GIT, Team Foundation Server (TFS), JIRA, CI/CD Pipelining.Required Skills:· Languages/Frameworks: Python, C#, .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript· AI/LLM Engineering: AWS Bedrock, Claude, OpenAI, MCP· Cloud Platform: AWS Services (or Azure/GCP)· Data Engineering: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL· Enterprise Integrations & API Development· DevOps & CI/CD Automation: Jenkins/Harness CI/CDPreferred Skills:· Financial Services / Investment Technology Domain ExpertiseJob Level: LEVELPF4Pay TransparencySalary Range: $124,000-$177,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
