Field Superintendent

Renewyx have partnered with a design-build general contractor building ground-up multifamily projects to bring on a Multifamily Field Superintendent.

The business is sitting on a pipeline stretching roughly four and a half years out, all large-scale, wood-frame multifamily construction, so this comes with real runway and project continuity built in.

You'll run the field day-to-day on ground-up multifamily builds, working alongside a Lead General Superintendent rather than carrying full site responsibility solo. Expect hands-on schedule management, trade coordination, quality control, and safety oversight across wood-frame construction.

• Around 15 years of field experience in construction, with genuine ground-up multifamily exposure

• Strong wood-frame construction background

• Comfortable working under a Lead General Superintendent as part of a larger site team

• OSHA 30 certification

• Prior design-build delivery experience

• $120K xhyhwjd to $140K base

• Vehicle/fuel allowance included

• Permanent, direct-hire role

• Reno, NV, on a multi-year pipeline of large-scale multifamily work
