Role Description This full-time Licensed Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Scottsdale, AZ, with a mix of in-office, in-field, and work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and preparing comparative market analyses. You will guide clients through each stage of the process - consultations, offers, negotiation, inspections, and closings - while ensuring clear communication and a high level of service. Daily tasks include managing leads in a CRM, following up with prospects, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and staying current on local market trends and regulations. You will collaborate closely with The Iconic Home Team, leveraging team resources, marketing tools, and training to grow your business and deliver an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Active Arizona Real Estate License and solid knowledge of residential real estate and real property fundamentals. Proven sales experience with skills in lead generation, client conversion, and negotiation. Strong customer service focus, including responsiveness, empathy, and clear, professional communication. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time between in-person client activities in Scottsdale, AZ and remote tasks. Comfort with CRM systems, digital marketing, and basic real estate technology tools (MLS, e-signature platforms, virtual meeting software). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings, open houses, and client meetings. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to fair housing and ethical real estate practices.
